The Onyx Brigade is a team of three super-heroes, Captain Onyx, the cop, Super Kendo, the ninja and Tronto, the astronaut. Later on, they are joined by Luna Luanova, starship pilot. She is the daughter of Lionov Luanova, founder of the League of Independent Scientists, and Tronto is helping her with the warp drive on her ship. Tronto has a shard of the cosmic Onyx crystal which came from deep space, which has special properties, such as superpowering space vessels.
